   confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel orders

   Delivery timelines vary based on product type (ready-to-wear or custom).
   Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
   We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
6. Returns & Exchanges
   Due to the exclusive nature of designer wear, returns are limited.
   Exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
   Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
   Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
